Effect Menu:-


With the help of this menu we can apply different effect, 3d style, Filter etc.
1. Apply last effect (Alt+Shift+Ctrl+E)
2. 3D with the help of this command we can give 3D effect to the selected text object.
(I) Extrude & Bevel:- This command is used to give extrude & bevel effect to the selected text 
     or object.
Steps:-
- Select the text or object.
- Click on effect menu.
- Click on 3D.
- Click extrude
- Choose rotate, depth, view, bevel, colour etc.
- Click on ok
(II) Revolve:- With the help of this command we can rotate the extrude applied object
3. Convert to shape:- With the help of this command we can change the shape of selected object 
    into any shape.
E.g:- Selected rectangle to rounded rectangle or any other shape you want to change.
Steps:-
- Select the object
- Click on effect menu
- Click on convert to shape
- Click on shape like rectangle, ellipse, etc
4. Crop Marks:- With the help of this option we can insert the cropping mark in our selected object.
5. Distort and transform:- With the help of this option we can make our shape attractive.
(I) Free Distort:- With the help of this option we can change the shape of selected object according to
    nodes.
Steps:-
- Select the object.
- Click on effect menu
- Click on distort and transform
- Window will get open
- Give shape to nodes
- Click on ok
(II) Pucker and bloat:- With the help of this command we can change the shape of selected rectangle
      or any shape to another shape.
Steps:-
- Select the object
- Click on effect menu
- Click on distort and transform
- Click on pucker and bloat
- Give the shape
- Click on ok
(III) Roughen:- With the help of this command we can give zigzag effect to selected object.
(IV) Transform:- With the help of this command we can rotate or resize the selected object.
(V) Tweak:- With the help of this command we can rotate the corner of our selected object.
(VI) Twist:- With the help of this command we can rotate the corner of selected object according
        to angle.
(VII) Zig- Zag:- With the help of this command we can give zigzag effect to selected object.
6. Path:- With the help of this command we can join our separate node by using the join command.
7. Pathfinder:- With the help of this command work same as Corel shaping command which used
    on two selected object.
(I). Add:- With the help of this command we can join two different together.
(II). Intersect:- This print where two object crossed eact other with the help of this command we take
       the common part of different.
(III). Exclude:- With the help of this command we can delete common portion of two selection.
(IV). Subtract:- With the help of this command we can delete the common part of selected object.
(V). Minus back:- With the help of this command we can delete the our back objects.
(VI). Divide:- This option is used to split the merge objects.
(VII). Trim:- With the help of this command we can remove the hidden part of selected object
           and can make a new object.
(VIII). Merge:- It is used to combine two selected object.
8. Stylize:- With the help of this command we can give feather, glow, arrow, shadow, style to the
    selected line.
Steps:-
- Select the line
- Click on effect menu
- Click on stylize
(I) Add arrowhead:- With the help of this command we can give arrow style to the selected line.
Steps:-
- Select the line
- Click on effect menu
- Click on stylize
- Click on add arrowhead
- Choose beginning or ending arrow style.
- Click on ok
(II). Drop Shadow:- With the help of this command we can give the shadow effect to the selcted
       object.
Steps:-
- Select the object
- Click on effect menu
- Click on stylize
- Click on drop shadow
- Give the value to x or y axis
- Give opacity or feather.
- Click on ok
(III). Feather:- With the help of this command we can give smoothness to the object or image corner.
(IV). Inner Glow:- With the help of this command we can give glow inside the selected object.
(V). Outer Glow:- With the help of this command we can give the outer glow in our selected text
        or object.
(VI). Rounded Corner:- With the help of this command we can change corner of selected rectangle
         into rounded rectangle.
9. Scribble:- With the help of this command we can give the shaded effect to the selected object.
10. Wrap:- With the help of this command we can give different shapes to the selected text or object
      like envelops.
11. Filter effect:- All command are same as effect menu.
(I). Colour:- With the help of this command we can set the colour of selected image.
(II). Artistic:- With the help of this command we can give some filter effect to the image or object.
(III). Texture:- With the help of this command we can give texture effect to the selected object
         or image.

Edit Menu


1. Undo (Ctrl+Z):- With the help of this command to reverse your last action.
2. Redo (Ctrl+Shift+Z)
3. Cut (Ctrl+X)
4. Copy (Ctrl+C)
5. Paste (Ctrl+V)
6. Paste in front (Ctrl+F)
7. Paste in back (Ctrl+B)
8. Paste in place (Shift+Ctrl+V)
9. Clear
10. Find and Replace:- With the help of this command to find and change text.
11. Edit Colour:- With the help of this command adjust colour balance of one or more.
12. Keyboard Shortcut:- With the help of this command to change shortcut in illustrator.

View Menu


1. Outline (Ctrl+Y):- With the help of this command we can change outline mode and 
    normal mode.
2. Overprint Preview (Alt+Shift+Ctrl+Y):- With the help of this command we can 
    check overprint preview.
3. Proof setup:- With the help of this command we can see that different colour mode of selected file
   eg:- RGB, CMYK, Black and White
4. Proof colour (Ctrl+Y):- With the help of this command we can change the colour mode of colour
    of all the colour changed using proof setup in to normal
5. Zoom in (Ctrl++)
6. Zoom out (Ctrl+-)
7. Fit Art board Window (Ctrl+0)
8. Fit All in Window (Shift+Ctrl+0)
9. Show Slice:- With the help of this command we can show or hide.

10. Lock Slice:- With the help of this command we lock slice.
11. Actual Size
12. Rular (Ctrl+R)

13. Guide (Ctrl+,)
13. Show grid  (Shift+Ctrl+;)
14. Snap to grid

15. Snap to Pixel
15. Lock guides (Alt+Ctrl+;):- We can lock the guide line position.
16. Clear guide:- We can clear our inserted guideline.
17. New guide:- We can insert new guideline by giving horizontal or vertical position.

File Menu



1. New (Ctrl+N)
2. New from Template
3. Open (Ctrl+O)
4. Open Recent files
5. Browse in bridge :- With the help of this command we can open our any file as a Browse in bridge file.
6. Close (Ctrl+W)
7. Close all (Alt+Ctrl+W)
8. Save (Ctrl+S)
9. Save as (Shift+Ctrl+S)
9. Save as Template 
10. Revert:- We can remove unsaved work in our file.
11. Place
12. Export
13. Package(Alt+Shift+Ctrl+P):- With the help of this command we can collect file in packaging.
14. File info (Alt+ShiFt+Ctrl+I)
15. Document setup (Shift+Ctrl+P)
16. Print (Ctrl+P)
